Veletiskárna is a revolutionary new 3D print design, developed to allow entry-level users to build a high-performance 3D printer.
Veletiskárna was designed and developed by Jiri Vele of the Czech Republic.
The development of the project was supported by Petmat, with printing being one of the first 3D printers intentionally developed for use with recycled PET filament.
The printer’s printer has gone through several different prototypes, leveraging the ability of 3D printers to be easily and economically improved through the use of 3D printing their own pieces and upgrades.
Although the Veletiskárna printer performs to a level comparable to the top end 3D printers, the printers can be assembled by entry enthusiasts for 9,900 CZk making it considerably cheaper and more accessible to beginner printers.
