The research of usage PET in architecture is taking place at Faculty of Architecture at Czech Technical University in Prague in departure MOLAB.

 

Czech Technical University in Prague is one of the largest universities in the Czech Republic, and is one of the oldest institutes of technology in Central Europe.

The Cabinet of Design Modelling MOLAB is in contact with other universities around the world in the field of research on architectural computer aided drafting (computing design).

IIM is an alternative space of Electrotechnical Faculty CTU with professionals in the area of electronics. Jakub Hybler and Kateřina Kordíková are our current partners, who collaborate on the project of the shining benches „PET(ch)air“ at the EXPO in Milano. Apart from developing prototypes of lighting sourced with solar panels (Kuba’s work), Kateřina helps us with installation of the chairs at the EXPO in the Czech pavilion.
